Refer your friends and family to our office You can either pass out Share A Smile rewards cards (available at the front desk) or ask your friend or family member to mention your name when they call to schedule their appointment.

The Rewards:

• Your referred friend will receive $50 credit toward your next non-insurance/out-of-pocket service or any product available at the front desk.
• You’ll receive a $50 credit toward your next non-insurance/out-of-pocket service or any product available at the front desk.
